★整机介绍Machine introduction

1、 本机由送纸、印刷、开槽、等部件组成，本机型试用纸板厚度：1.5毫米至8毫米

This machine is consist of paper feeding, printing, slotting. Suitable the cardboard thickness is 1.5mm- 8mm.

2墙板铸铁工艺选用真空铸造、无气孔厚度30mm具有高强度，高精度。

This machine’s wall board is made of 30mm thickness casting iron that vacuum casting，with high density，high precision.

3、 传动系统全部采用40厚直齿传动、(对轴承无拉力埙害)、材质球磨齿轮“和”钢件齿轮组成、提高齿轮共同磨合、长时间套色精度、齿轮加工选用剃齿加工，硬度处理，封闭式喷淋润滑。

The transmission system gear is made of 40Cr（no damage tension on the bearing），material ball milling gear and steel gear composition, improve the gear to run together, long-term color setting accuracy, gear processing using grinding teeth processing, hardness treatment, closed spray lubrication.

4、 轴承采用金瑞集团、哈尔滨、瓦房店生产名牌轴承。

Bearing : Jinrui,Harbin,Wafangdian brand.

5、 分体、合体持续响铃警示，确保作业人员的安全、离合电机带恒矩离合器，可缓冲错误操作时各单元互相碰撞。

Separate and fit continuous ringing warning to ensure the safety of the operator, clutch motor with constant torque clutch, can buffer the unit when the wrong operation.

6、 电机采用变频电机。电器采用正泰电器。

7、 气动元件：气缸采用温州“东特”名牌气缸，电磁阀采用“亚德克”名牌产品，隔膜泵采用武汉“金长江”名牌产品。

一）前缘送纸系统。Lead edge feeder unit

1、 前缘送纸”自产“具有自主技术权，送纸“选用”轻压式送纸，不破坏瓦楞，增加纸板强度，送纸顺畅精度高。选配(可根据客户要求可选用免压系统)

Automatic light pressure paper feeding has the proprietary technology，no damage to corrugated line，easy to paper feeding，more precise.(can also choose free pressure as customers requirement.

2、 可输硬性薄纸板送及E楞三层板。

Can process hard thinner sheet include 3ply E flute board

3、 风机吸风辅助送纸，可根据纸板弯曲程度不同，做风量调整确保送纸顺畅。

 Auto feeder with suction device ，can adjust the blast capacity as per different paper curve condition ，ensure smooth feeder paper.

4、 选配：(为独立前缘、挡板电动、前挡板间隙手动同步调整、装有强度毛刷，并装有吸尘装置，可大量清除纸板印刷面上杂物，提高印刷品质。单价22000元)。

6、可设定计划生产数量。完成计划时，系统自动指令停止送纸并发出信号。（送纸部装PLC彩色触摸屏，并可以设定、显示生产数量，到单报警）。

Can setup plan of production quantity.When finish，the system auto stopped feeding and outgoing signal.（Feeder assembly can choose PLC colors touch screen，which setup and show production quantity，finish warning）

7.送纸间隙刻度盘显示手动调整，调整范围1-8mm，采用十字花块加偏心调整机构，调整时传动齿轮永久保持咬合状态。

二）印刷部 Printing unit

1.印刷辊 （版辊）Printing roller

6.相位调整机构 Phase adjustment

1）行星是齿轮机构。Planet is a gear mechanism

2）印刷相位采用电动数字输入式360调整，机器运转，停止均可调整。

The printing phase is adjusted by electric digital input type 360, and the machine can be adjusted by running or stopping.

7油墨循环。Ink cycle

1）采用气动隔膜泵上墨，供墨定。操作简单，配有油墨滤网，过滤杂物。

Ink is applied by a pneumatic diaphragm pump for ink supply. Operation is simple ，equipped with ink filter to filter debris.

2）设有自动匀墨装置，可实现停机不停墨功能，防止停机时油墨干涩。

 With automatic ink leveling device, can achieve the function of stopping the ink without stopping ink, to prevent the ink from drying up during shutdown.

三、 开槽部。Slotting unit

（1）1）压线轮选用防爆型。

2）压线轮间隙刻度盘手动调整，调整范围1-8mm，采用十字滑块偏心套机构，调整时传动齿轮永久保持正确咬合状态。

3）印刷部装有预压轮，经预压线后的纸板压线时不易破裂。

Printing unit match with pre-creaser can avoid the paperboard be damaged when creasing.

（2） 1）开操刀调整机构。Slotting knife adjustment

2）开槽宽度(5mm.)可选(7mm)Slotting knives width 5mm，can also choose 7mm

3）合金钢材质经热处理研磨齿形开槽刀，硬度和韧性均有保证。

Alloy steel with heat treated of the knife tooth，guarantee the hardness and toughness.

4）合金钢材质经热处理研磨双片式修边刀、刀口锋利、精密度高。

 Alloy steel with heat treated of the double blade knife tooth，sharp edge high precision.

5）压线轮、开槽刀座横移同步手动调整，选用六轴横移，电动箱高。

Creasing wheels and the slotting knife holders is adjusted in transverse in manual,6 shaft transverse moving，carton height electrically adjustment.

6）开槽刀座间隙刻度盘手动调整，调整范围1-6mm,采用十字滑块加偏心套机构，调整时传动齿轮永久保证正确咬合状态。

（3）开槽相位调整机构。Slotting phase adjustment mechanism

1）行星式齿轮机构。Planet is a gear mechanism

2）开槽相位采用电动数字输入式360调整，机器运转，停止均可调整。

Slotting phase is adjusted by electric digital input type 360, and the machine can be adjusted by running or stopping.

3）手提孔模座 （不属配置范围，如需方需要，另加收费）。

Handle hole mold base (not included in the scope of configuration, if required，need additional charges).

4）手提孔上模座宽度100mm，下模座宽度100mm，附优力胶垫。

Handle hole upper mold base width 100mm，lower mold base width 100mm，with Youli rubber .

5）配手提孔2套。Handle hole 2sets

（4）润滑。Lubrication

1、 各单元采用油泵上油，实现循环喷淋润滑。

Each unit is oiled by oil pump to achieve cyclic spray lubrication.

2、 各油箱装有储油平衡器，能使各组油面统一在同一高度。

Each oil tank is equipped with oil storage balancer, so that the oil level of each group can be unified at the same height.
