Product Description :45% Modified sodium polyacrylate .

PAAS L45 is a high activity water solution of a low molecular weight polyacrylate copolymer，used as drilling thinner,dispersant,deflocculant .

Typical Application

PAAS L45 is a very versatile 40% sodium polyacrylate based product which has many applications, for example, it can be used as suspended solids inhibitor for both boiler water and cooling water systems. PAAS L45 can also be blended with a wide range of other chemicals to produce a multifunctional water treatment chemical. PAAS L45 can also be used as a slurry enhancer for metal carbonates e.g. CaCO3, MgOH etc.  PAAS L45 can be used as a sugar evaporator scale inhibitor, a cement super plasticiser etc. PAAS L45 is a very versatile process additive.

Dosage of PAAS L45 is dependant upon application. For use as a scale inhibitor use at typically 10ppm of product in the system. (e.g. 10ppm/(CF x SG) , where CF = Concentration factor. This equals 8ml per cubic metre). For further technical assistance please contact JINYU.

Handling

Employees should utilize normal precautions when handling chemical products. The use of a face shield or safety goggles, gloves and apron are recommended when handling this product. In case of eye contact, flush with clean, fresh water and seek medical advice. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with soap and water. Review the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product prior to use.

Storage

Store in closed containers, at ambient temperatures. Long-term outside storage should be avoided when possible.

PAAS L45 is supplied in 250KG plastic drum.

Caution: Spills of this product are extremely slippery and represent a fall hazard. Spills should be cleaned up immediately. Absorb the product with an appropriate dry powdered or granular absorbant and dispose of the material in a manner consistent with any local, state, or federal regulations.
