EPS 3D Panel Machine Line

 1. 3D steel net welding machine:           
     Application: weld flat net
  (1). Flat net dimension which can be welded           Length: 3.5m(usually), Width: 1200mm;
        Net mesh: 50×50mm, cold drawn galvanized steel wire Dia.: Φ2.0~Φ2.8mm
  (2). Solder resist transformer capacity(Installed capacity): 80KVA.
  (3). Voltage: 380V±5%;          Frenquency:50Hz
        *Voltage and Frenquency also could be informed of local electric parameter in advance
  (4). Welding speed(output):                                  55step/min. (3.3m²/min)

2. Alignment & cutting machine
    Usage: Align and cut transverse wires for spare use.
    Output: 20m/min. Three JZI alignment & cutting machines can align and cut 50 pcs of 1205mm transverse wires        per minute. This speed can basically meet the welding speed of 55 pcs of transverse wires/min. of the net                  welding  machine. When the net welding machine stops working, the alignment & cutting machine shall continue      to work for spare use. Three alignment & cutting machines shall be operated and managed by one operator.              Other person can assist when operating for 50kg big reel wires.

3. 3D panel Forming machine
    Use: Weld 3D type steel wire EPS sandwich panel.
   (1). The dimension of 3D panel which can be welded: see above description.
   (2). Installed capacity: 160KVA
   (3). Voltage: 380V±5%          Frequency: 50HZ
         *Voltage and Frenquency also could be informed of local electric parameter in advance.
   (4). Productivity (output): 70m²/hr.
   (5). Operator              3-4 person
