Tianjin Tianbian Transformer Co., Ltd. establishes perfect quality control and management system, keeps in line with international standard on aspects of quality, safety and management and has firstly passed CECP, ISO9001 international quality system certificate, detection of Italian CESI independent laboratory and climate, environment, combustibility performance detection within the industry and passed all certificates on wind turbine power. And it has become one of few enterprises with KEMA test qualification.

In accordance with the 220kV technology level, the company has established a world-class full-closed, dustless production workshop with high cleanness, introducing a fully automated step-shear stacking silicon steel sheet shearing line from Belgium, and the Hübers full-automatic program-controlled epoxy resin vacuum pouring equipment, high-precision automatic rectifying high-low voltage foil winding, full-shielded partial discharge laboratory and lightning impulse and other contemporary first-class transformer developing equipment from Germany, with the conventional test and type test capability of various products at 110kV and below.

Through self-dependent innovation, Tianjin Tianbian Transformer Co., Ltd. has successively successfully researched the first set of single 28000kVA dry-type transformer with the largest capacity in the world and one batch of products with high reliability, high technology content and energy conservation and environment protection as well as proprietary intellectual property right representing domestic dry-type transformer industry, such as, the first batch of 10000kVA dry-type transformer dedicated for offshore platform at home, which supplements several domestic blanks.
