Overview：

The boiler feed pump as high pressure boiler feed water or other water supply purposes, the transmission medium temperature does not exceed 160 ℃.

Structure:

This pump is a single-stage multi-stage centrifugal pump casing section. The intake and outlet are vertically upward.

The suction casing, stage casing and discharge casing are rigidly held together by tie bolts. The joints between these casings are primarily sealed by means of metal- metal contact, simultaneously, O-rings are used as auxiliary seals. Shaft sealing:

The shafts of these pumps are sealed by soft-packing，mechanical seal can be used for DG45-80，DG85-80. Packing gland and packing chamber use cooling water. In the region of shaft sealing, the pump shaft is protected by renewable sleeve.

Bearings and axial balancing device:

The rotating assembly is supported by sliding bearings on both ends of the pump shaft. Thin oil lubrication. And cooled with circulating water. Using the rotor axial thrust balancing disk balancing. Use return pipe between the balance chamber and front casing.

Drive:

The pump is directly driven by the motor through flexible coupling. Direction from the drive, the pump is clockwise.
