Road making paint is the paint for road signs and road marking paint,Generally own three types,  The normal temperature type, heating type and melting type. The road marking resin are mainly Acrylic resin, alkyd resin, chlorinated rubber, modified alkyd resin, epoxy resin, petroleum resin, etc Comparing with other resin, Petroleum resin not only cost very lower,but also have a good performance.Such as the petroleum resin has a good adhesion to beton and asphalt road, and also have a good wear resistance and water resistance.In addition,The petroleum resin and inorganic mineral have affinity,easy coating,good weather resistance,fast drying etc.Petroleum resin not only improve the coating physical and chemical properties,such as hardness,impact resistance and bending, but also can improve  ultraviolet radiation and weather resistance.The life time can be reach to 3 years.

There are two types of C5 Hydrocarbon Resin in my factory which are professional in road Marking paint Industry. HF531 and HF531A, HF531A is the improved One .HF531 Series is a low molecular weight C5 Alphatic  hydrocarbon resin that has been widely used in  thermoplastic road Marking. This resin own the  outstanding performance   for pigments and  in the hot melt road marking application. The finial products life time can be reach to 3 years.

Part Five: Handling and storage

Handling: Keep away from fire and heat source, Somking is strictly prohibited in the workplace,Lightly loaded and lightly discharge. The work palce should prepare the fire equipment.

Storage:It is should be stored in a cool ventilated place, far away from Fire , far away from the heat source,It is forbidden to used the tool or equipment which easy to spark.
