I．Machine composition and overall performance characteristics

1. Computer phase analyser controls each printing unit and slotting phase adjustment，making the operation easy and reliable 

2. All drive rollers are made of high-quality steel with hard chrome plated and grinded surface.

3. Main driving gear adopts helical gear transmission and is made of No.45 high quality steel. It is carburized and quenched. The teeth of the gear are shaved and have a high hardness of 50-55°. The wear-resistant work is smooth.

4. The gears and transmission shafts are connected by keyless connection, which makes the shafts and gears seamlessly connected to ensure the accuracy of color registration.

5. There is a bell alert to separate the machine and ensure the operator's safety.

6. It is equipped with emergency switches before and after the device.

7. The front and rear panels have positive and negative buttons, which makes it convenient for workers to operate.

8. Each unit of the whole machine is electrically separated, pneumatically locked. They automatically distribute ink, lift the plate pneumatically, and continue to ring while walking.

A： Feeding Department

1) The paper feeding department adopts four-axis leading edge paper feeding method.

2) The front of the workbench is equipped with a pressure bar (also called a hand shaft).

B: Printing Department

1. Printing roller

2. Press roller

1) The embossing roll diameter ф124mm.

3. transfer ink anilox roller

1) Anilox roller diameter 178mm.

2) The surface of the thick-walled seamless steel tube is ground and then ground, then the surface is grinded and hard chrome plated.

3) Uniform dots and even ink, prolong the service life of printing plates and rubber rollers.

4) The speed difference can be formed when the rubber roller and the anilox roller rotate, so that the rubber roller can play the role of scraping ink.

5) With the paper-feeding system pneumatic automatic lifting device (printing roller contact with the printing plate When printing is stopped, the anilox roller rises away from the plate).

4.  ink distributing rubber roller

1) Uniform ink roller diameter ф 178 mm.

2) High-quality seamless steel tubes are packaged with durable, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant rubber.

3) High special grinding in rubber roller, good ink transfer effect.

4) Rubber roller clearance adjustment adopts self-locking structure, adjustment range 0-3 mm.

5. phase adjustment mechanism 

1) Planetary gear construction. 

2) Digital display phase indication makes the operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate. 

3) The printing phase adopts electric digital 360° adjustment (operation and stop can be adjusted). 

4) The printing roller adopts electric adjustment phase. Zero and speed adjustment, high precision adjustment. The entire machine and the feeding of paper are automatically zeroed first, and then the phase is automatically coarse-tuned. After a trial printing, a fine adjustment of the number is input again, which greatly reduces the waste of the cardboard.

6．Ink circulation structure

1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump provides stable ink supply and simple operation and maintenance.

2) Ink filter, filter impurities. (Using Wuhan Yangtze River One-way Diaphragm Pump)

7．Printing phase fixture

Pneumatic brake mechanism, when the unit separates and adjusts the phase, the brake mechanism

Limit the gear rotation and keep the original tooth position fixed point.

8．Axial adjustment mechanism

Axial manual adjustment mechanism, control range ± 10 mm.

C. Slotting Department

1）The upper and lower slotted cutter shaft ф 158mm, the upper and lower presser shaft ф 98mm, and the parallel operation has a spiral cleaning tank to facilitate the removal of dust.

2) Single-axis double-knife grooving, using linear shaft and linear bearings, to make the movement more flexible.

3) Four-knife synchronous manual adjustment of the height of the carton, with internal tooth structure, will not cause the oil to contaminate the carton.

4) The width of the slotted knife is 7.0 mm. The heat-treated grinding tooth type grooved knife has sharp edges and high precision.

5) With pre-loaded roller, the cardboard after pre-pressing line is not easy to crush.

6) Slot phase adopts electric digital 360 degree adjustment (operation and stop can be adjusted).

7) Slot the upper and lower cutters, and adjust the upper and lower pressure rollers axially and manually.

D.Stacker (optional) 

1) The feeder can be manually or automatically operated, and the width of the feeder can be adjusted manually. 

2) The speed of tying paper is synchronized with the speed of paper feeding, and the speed of paper splicing can also be adjusted separately.

3) The stack height is 1700 mm and the main motor drive is driven. 

4) The bed chain lifts strong chains to drive. 

5) Pneumatically actuates the paper pallets. When the cardboard is stacked to a certain height, the paper board is automatically extended   Hold the cardboard. 

6) Flat wrinkle belt prevents the cardboard from sliding down. 

7) The take-up arm belt adjusts the tightness individually and is not limited by the length of the belt.
