Quick change device

Performance characteristics:

1. It is quick and convenient to disassemble and assemble, save time, improve work   efficiency and reduce the labor intensity .
2. When the self-sealing quick-change connector is detached, almost no working medium flows out,which reduces the pollution of the working environment and prevents the dirt  entering the pipeline system, thus it can improve the reliability of the hydraulic system. 
3. The quick-change joint can rotate freely by itself , which not only releases the internal stress in the pipeline during installation, but also overcomes the loosening caused by vibration during work. 
4. Use of high-strength materials; suitable for various models of 3-45 tonnage. 
5. Use the safety device of hydraulic control one-way valve to ensure safety.

Classification:

Quick-change joints are generally divided into mechanical quick-change joints and hydraulic quick-change joints. 
The mechanical quick-change joint can be used without modifying the excavator pipeline and hydraulic system (low-cost type); The  hydraulic quick-change joint needs to modify the excavator pipeline and hydraulic system in order to meet the requirements of automatic replacement of working devices.
