Screening bucket

Introduction: 

The mobile screening bucket is assembled on the site excavator, and the soil collection, mixing, crushing and screening are completed in one step by using the power of the excavator. The working procedures are greatly reduced, the use of mobile screening bucket saves time, the evenness and fineness of crushing and screening are improved, meanwhile the investment and operating costs are also greatly reduced. 

The new type of mobile screening bucket solves the blocking problem in screening wet materials (the screen is easy to get viscous due to wet materials), which results in the low screening efficiency. The drum screen improves the working efficiency and reliability of screening , and reduces the energy consumption of production.

What is improved is that a sanding device is added inside the screen drum,which mainly solves the problems of smashing and breaking up the agglomerated materials and increases the screening efficiency of the materials.A surface cleaning device is installed on the screen surface,which helps to clean up the materials adhered to the screen so as not to clog the mesh and improve the screening efficiency.
