Tensile PE Gloves

TPE Gloves are developed from CPE Gloves, more smooth, much better tensile and elongation, to take place of PVC or Nitrile Gloves, because they are expensive and harmful to environment.

People also call it C2PE Gloves, C2 Gloves, Smooth Gloves,  Diamond Gloves, Magic Gloves, Hybrid Gloves, because it is really good enough to take place of PVC and Nitrile Gloves, but cheaper than them. No Latex, No Nitrile, No PVC, No Powered.

It not only has good tensile and elongation meets the Medical requirements, EN 455, but also it is green to environment. They can’t be very thin, because they are very soft, but still thinner than PVC Gloves, can keep hands away from water, oil and dust, mainly used in food prepare, food contact, hair dye, nursing, examination, garden, lab industry and medical service.

Question 1: What can TPE gloves be used for?

Except for the medical field, TPE gloves are completely sufficient for general requirements.

It must be non-medical. For medical use at least nitrile. We can only do food grade.

Question: What is the difference between TPE gloves and PVC gloves?

TPE gloves are not allergic. The ingredients of PVC are poisonous and some people are allergic. So some of our customers also changed from PVC to TPE.

Question 2: Can the thickness of gloves be adjusted? Can it be produced according to the thickness required by the customer?

No, it’s not as thick as possible. There is a reason why this kind of gloves has been made so thick for so many years. It is a combination of various factors. In addition, TPE requires a formula, so each factory makes a difference.

Question 3: Is the product flexible

It is elastic, so it can replace some pvc gloves. It is recommended to let customers see samples for confirmation.

Question: Are all TPE gloves opaque? Can it be transparent?

Many customers want frosted and transparent ones at the beginning. We also did some embossing at the beginning. The embossing will affect the transparency. The ingredients are the same, just because the embossing is different. But after the embossing is deep, the hand will not feel as good as the frosting.

Question 4: Seeing the scale of the factory, the customer is a little worried about delivering on time, is it okay?

It’s okay if you confirm earlier, but there are more inquiries for these two days. We can only rely on the receipt of the deposit order. The daily production capacity is currently 50-60w, the new machine has not yet arrived, and it is estimated to be available 100w/day.

Question 5: How to pay the deposit? When will the new capacity be achieved?

At present, what we do is 50/50. 50% deposit + 50% final payment before shipment. The delivery date can be indicated in the contract. However, the daily variable is relatively large, and the delivery date still has to be confirmed with you on the day when the order is finalized.
