Automatic nail-box machine is composed of two parts: high friction belt paper feeding and stitching folding. Digital display control, PLC computer amplitude modulation, double frequency conversion synchronous operation, with simple, fast, reliable and accurate operation mode. Automatic paper feeding, automatic stitching and folding, automatic counting and automatic stacking output save energy at high speed and save labor cost.

• Adopting the leading edge of the belt suction paper feeding way, accurate and reliable.

• The use of high-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system make the paper supply department can be independently controlled, operation is simple and reliable.

• The height of the press wheel is adjustable, suitable for the cardboard thickness of 2-8mm.

• With the folding section linkage, frequency conversion speed regulation.

• The front baffle of the paper supply department and the paper belt are adjustable.

 3. Stitching/ Nail Unit

• Imported double servo drive, reduce mechanical transmission part, can effectively reduce the mechanical failure rate.

• Using the touch screen operation, parameters (nail distance, nail number, nail type and tail gate) are convenient and can be fast change.

• The whole control system adopts Omron PLC control system.

• All switches in the control box are produced by Taiwan Shilin.

• Bottom die and blade are made of German tungsten steel (wear-resisting).

• The whole nail head is made of special steel and precision machined by computer.

• Switches and buttons are all produced by Taiwan Tiande.

• The sizes can be change in one minute, simple operation without experience, can nail single nail, double nail and reinforcing nail.

• The paper feeding unit counts automatically and sends out automatically after forming a bundle for easy binding.

• Nail distance up to 100mm, it can be display and set in the display screen. It can be stapled to covered and uncovered boxes.

• The cardboard thickness can be directly adjusted.

Gluing Machine instruction and configuration

I. Paper feeding

1. Steel Plate welding.

2. The shaft is welded with seamless steel tube with wall thickness of 20mm.

3. By using high-pressure fan feed paper, ensure the steady feeding.

4. Central gluing and folding

5. Automatic gluing is adopted for gluing (Pneumatic gluing).

6. The folding part is pressed by prepressing wheel and forming wheel. Secondary reinforced cardboard pressure line has accurate position, cardboard does not break, in order to make the crease pattern artistic.

7. Flat belt pressing, bending, smooth transportation of finished products.

8. The lateral movement of electric walking adopts the use of motor and linear bearing combined, in order to can reduce friction.

9. Calibration and paper feeding department

10. Adopt cylinder to push out the finished product

11. Correction with bearing eccentricity and stepless differential correction make the folding more artistic.

12. Correction paper receiving section can be arbitrarily adjusted, which can reduce the carton error.

13. The finished cartons are counted automatically with neat shaping. After the output of the code, the cartons are delivered to the pressing part smoothly, and the cartons can be packaged after being pushed out.

This machine is suitable for bonding 3 layer and 5 layer single sheet cartons.
