Die Cutting Unit（Slotted cutter with steel ring）

1.Operating Function

1)The template roller and the rubber roller are automatically disengaged by the cylinder eccentric device without die cutting. It can reduce the no-load or small load of the machine, and at the same time extend the life of the rubber roller and cutting mould.     

2)Planetary gear structure

3)Die cutting phase electric digital is 360° adjustment(can be adjusted during running and stopping)

4)The machine is equipped with a glue correction device, which can be used after correcting the rubber roller repeatedly.

2.Die cutter roller（lower roller） 

1)Die cutter roller outer diameter is ф360mm (not including cutting mould)

2)Steel material, the surface is finely ground and hard chrome plated.

3)Balance correction to increase running stability.

4)The distance between the screw holes of the knife mould fixing screw is 100mm in the axial direction and 18mm in the radial direction.

5)It is suitable for knife mould height 25.4mm

Thickness of wood die cutting plate 

16-18mm (Three-ply board）

17—15.3mm(Five-ply board）

6)Die cutter roller can be equipped with slotting and cutting corner tool. The height of the box and the space of slotting unit on the die cutter roller can be manually adjusted, in order to save the cost of making general slotting box.

3.Rubber roller (upper roller)

1)Outer diameter is φ388.9mm

2)Steel material, the surface is finely ground and hard chrome plated.

3)Balance correction to increase running stability.

4)Manually adjust the space between the knife mould.

5)Thickness of rubber mat is 10mm,width is 250mm.

6)The mechanical moving device moves horizontal 40mm.

7)The rubber mat roller is equipped with speed difference compensator, which can track the linear speed of die cutter roller. So the line speed of rubber mat roller is consistent with die cutter roller after finishing, ensure the uniformity of different processing batches have the same variety die cutting size.
