2. The device contains 2 lines, one is for DN15 to DN25, the other one is for DN15 to DN50, 2 lines operated separately.

3. Testing size and quantity：DN15（meter length 165mm)X10pcs、DN20（190mm）X9pcs、、DN25（260mm）X5pcs、DN32（260mm）X5pcs、DN40（300mm）X2pcs、DN50（300mm）X1pc。

4. The device can automatically test from Q1 to Q4, or you can choose any flow point to test。Automatically collect the data, calculate the difference and save all the results.

5. The device can test the flow points of DN15-50 mechanical water meters. The plum blossom needle of the water meter dial need to be unobstructed, and the number of plum needles should be within 3-10 teeth.

6. The device is automatically operated by the PC. No manual intervention is required during the test. In the whole operation, except for clamping the water meters and the flow adjustment need to be manually, other operations are automatically controlled by the program.

7. The device adopts high-definition camera recognizer to automatically recognize the number of water meter pulses. In a certain area, the positioning verification pointer can be automatically found according to the instruction.

8. The device adopts the ability to save all the verification data according to the national metrological verification rules, and form the verification record data, which has the functions of saving, correcting, counting, querying and deleting.

9. The device is equipped with a pressure test device, which can be tested for sealing performance according to the regulations, pressure (0.2-2.56Mpa).
