Seconday Reforming Catalyst

1. 概述 General Introduction

SCST-213二段转化催化剂用于天然气为原料的合成气制氢、制合成氨装置的二段转化工段，也用于焦炉气为原料，生产甲醇、合成氨、制氢装置的纯氧或者富氧的转化工段。

The Secondary Reforming Catalyst SCST-213 is used in the Secondary Reformer of the ammonia system and hydrogen production with the natural gas as material, as well as is used in the Reformer of pure oxygen or oxygen-rich to methanol synthesis process,ammonia system, hydrogen production with coken oven gas as material.

主要反应如下：the main reactions are as following:

 CH₄ + H₂O=CO + 3H₂   -206.3 kJ/mol

CH₄+ 2H₂O=CO₂ + 4H₂  -165.3 kJ/mol

4. 催化剂特性Product Advantages

1) 杂质含量更低，耐热性能更强，长时间在1400℃运行不烧结；

Less impurity, stronger heat resistance and no sintering running at 1400℃;

2) 转化率高，同等温度和水气比条件下转化率高于国内同类催化剂20%；

Higher conversion: 20% more than the domestic similar catalyst at the same water/carbon ratio and the same temperature;

3) 床层稳定性好，气流分布均匀，不偏流；

Good bed stability and uniform air distribution;

4) 活性组分超过14.5%，高于国内同类型产品，转化率更高；

Higher active ingredient (≥14.5%) and more active than the domestic type of product;

5) 使用寿命长，长时间在高温氛围下，正常工况下使用寿命超过五年；

More than 5 years at high temperature atmosphere;
