Insulation vulcanized fibre is produced from cotton linters as raw materials through alkaline cooking, bleaching, and zinc chloride treatment. The fiber is light and tensile with the hardness close to aluminum and weight as half of it. It has good mechanical processing performance and good insulation performance, with oil resistance, and can be processed in wide temperature range from -40℃-100℃.It is widely used in machinery, textile, electronics, railway, aerospace industries.
