1. 概述 General Introduction

SCST-204，SCST-205干气制氢催化剂适用于顶烧、侧烧、底烧、换热等各种炉型的列管式转化炉，以催化干气、焦化干气、天然气、焦炉气、油田伴生气、石脑油、液化天然气等低高烃类气体原料，各种原料可单一使用或混合使用，生产合成氨、甲醇、制氢装置的甲烷以及烃类的转化工段。 可以使用单一或混合气体。

The Dry Gas Hydrogen Production catalyst SCST-204,SCST-205 are used for the top firing reformer, side fired reformer, heat exchanger reformer and other multitubular reformer, which use the catalyze dry gas, coking dry gas, natural gas, coke oven gas, oil field gas, naphtha, LNG and other hydrocarbon gas to produce ammonia, methanol and hydrogen. Single or mixed gas could be used.

 CH₄ + H₂O=CO + 3H₂   -206.3 kJ/mol

CH₄+ 2H₂O=CO₂ + 4H₂  -165.3 kJ/mol

可根据用户需要提供其他尺寸的催化剂，通常两个规格催化剂搭配使用。

4. 催化剂特性Product Advantages

1) 低温活性好，在400℃就有明显的活性和较高转化率；

Good activity at low temperature: apparent activity and high conversion rate at 400 ℃;

2) 添加抗碳助剂，抗结碳能力强，适用于低水碳比长时间运行；

Strong anti-carbon ability: long time running at low water-carbon ratio;

3) 强度高、运行阻力低，特别是还原后的强度达到国际领先水平；

High strength, low running resistance: reaching the international advanced level after reduction;

4) 抗毒性能好、活性和热稳定性更强，硫、氯等轻度中毒时，通过优化操作参数即可自行再生；催化剂严重中毒后可以进行器内再生；

Good Anti-toxic performance and thermal stability. When sulfur and chlorine are mildly poisoned, the catalyst can regenerate by itself by optimizing the operating parameters;if poisoned badly, the catalyst can regenarate in the plant.

5) 全能型催化剂，单一或混合烃类原料均可，对高碳烃有很强的转化率且不结炭、转化率高等特点；不同原料切换或比例调整不影响催化剂正常使用；

Single or mixed hydrocarbon materials could be fine, high conversion rate and not easy to carbon deposition. Different raw material switching or proportional adjustment does not affect the normal use of the catalyst.

6) 适用于烃类直接转化工艺和预转化+转化工艺，满足预转化反应器切入、切除工况。

It is suitable for direct conversion of hydrocarbons and process of pre-conversion + conversion to meet the conditions of cutting and cutting of pre-conversion reactors.
