Hydrodesulfurizatioin Catalyst

1. 概述 General Introduction

有机硫加氢催化剂用于以天然气、焦炉煤气、油田气、炼厂气和轻油等气、液态烃中有机硫化物的加氢转化，可用于合成氨、合成甲醇、制氢等工艺中的原料气净化阶段。根据需求不同，该系列催化剂主要以钴钼、镍钼、铁钼为活性成分，对硫醇、硫醚、噻吩 、COS、CS₂等均很高加氢转化率。经该催化剂加氢转化后，原料烃、合成气中的有机硫含量降至0.1ppm以下。

The Hydrodesulfurizatioin Catalyst is used for removing organic sulfur of the natural gas, oil field gas, refinery gas, light oil used on the hydrogen production plant and ammonia desulfurization plant of the fertilizer factory, methanol factory and refinery factory. It can also be used in hydrodesulfurization of light petroleum products, hydrorefining of refinery reforming materials, etc. This catalyst has higher hydrogenation conversion rate for mercaptan, thioether, thiophene, COS and CS2.

RSH+H₂=RH+H₂S               R₁SR₂+2H₂=R₁H+R₂H+ H₂S

R₁SSR₂+3H₂=R₁H+R₂H+ 2H₂S     C₄H₄S+4H₂= C₄H₁₀+ H₂S       

COS+H₂= CO + H₂S              CS₂+4H₂= CH₄+2H₂S
