1. 概述 General Introduction

耐硫变换催化剂，以钴钼为主要活性组分，采用γ-Al₂O₃球形或条形载体，并添加了特殊的活性助剂。球形催化剂SCST-233用于压力<3.0MPa的中、小氮肥厂变换工段的中串低、中低低、全低变等工艺，条形催化剂SCST-234用于压力＞3.0MPa的煤制合成氨、煤制氢气等装置，也适用于合成甲醇变换和城市煤气变换的工艺。

Sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst uses cobalt molybdenum as the main active component and γ-Al₂O₃ spherical or strip-shaped as support and adds special active additives. Spherical catalysts SCST-232 are used for HTS-to-LTS, HTS-to-double LTS, and full LTS processes in the conversion section of medium and small nitrogen fertilizer plants with a pressure under 3.0 MPa. Strip catalysts SCST-234 are used in coal-to-synthetic ammonia and coal-to-hydrogen devices with pressures above 3.0MPa, as well as suitable for the process of synthetic methanol conversion and city gas conversion.
