According to the basic requirements for the use of the site, the foundation shall be cement concrete foundation or 10% cement stone powder foundation layer. After curing and meeting the requirements, artificial turf shall be laid. The main construction scheme is as follows:

1. Check whether the foundation density and flatness of the whole lawn meet the requirements, and then start to spread the artificial lawn.                                             

 2、The whole field shall be measured and laid out, the position of the court line shall be determined and marked, and the laying direction and position of artificial grass shall be determined with different colors of ink.                                        

3、 Start to lay the artificial lawn: The products with marks shall be equipped with the splicing belt at the junction surface and fixed on the ground with special lawn adhesive. The junction area needs to hand over and overlap the 10 marks.

4、Apply glue on the interface. Before the glue dries, lay the cut lawn flat and combine, so that each pair of artificial turf can be closely combined.                                             

5、After laying is completed, need to carefully check whether the bonding of each joint area is smooth, whether the bonding of artificial grass is firm, after checking whether all meet the requirements, can carry out the construction of the next procedure.                                    

6、 Cut off the green artificial grass at the place where the white line needs to be inserted, insert the connecting belt, and apply glue on it. Then insert the cut white artificial grass court line into the position of the court line marked before the paving to bond with the splicing belt.       7、 Sprinkle with quartz sand and colloidal particles as required by the site.If you need to sprinkle quartz sand, put quartz sand or fill colloidal particles into the granulator, push the granulator to carry out quartz sand or fill colloidal particles into the artificial lawn surface, the brush behind the granulator will smooth the quartz sand or fill colloidal particles, and make the quartz sand or black colloidal particles fall fully.
