As a modifier for coating dyeing of cellulose fiber, this product can reduce or do not use adhesive to obtain the effect of color fastness and improve the hard handle of coating dyed fabric. Compared with the white cross-linking agent of our company, the cationic modifier is uniform, slow and effective.

The cationic modifier can react with the dye only under alkaline conditions. Generally, soda ash or caustic soda is used to adjust the pH value. Because the coating has been ground into fine particles with negative charge, and the denaturant is a cationic resin with reactive functional groups, after reacting with the fiber, the fiber becomes positive charge, which can absorb the anionic particles of the coating and make the fiber colored.

Modifier062 6-8% (light color can reduce dosage)

Soda 8-10% (pH value is about 10-11)

When the fastness is high, the paint can be washed once after dyeing, and then the adhesive can be added for fixation, which is more resistant to enzyme washing. The amount of adhesive is 6-8% (o.w.f). After 10 seconds treatment at 70 ℃ , water washing and enzyme washing were carried out.
