PE Water Supply Pipe:Formed by one-step extrusion with the special polyethylene as raw material through the plastic extruders, PE water supply pipe is applied to urban water supply network, irrigation water diversion project and agricultural sprinkling irrigation project. No heavy metal salt stabilizers are added to the PE pipes, and the materials are nontoxic, free of scaling and bacteria, thus avoiding secondary pollution of drinking water. The reinforced concrete pipes and metal pipes were used in the early water network. Reinforced concrete pipes have a higher specific friction coefficient and greater resistance in the transport process, thus resulting in lower transport efficiency; what’s more, with the heavy weight, and susceptibility to breakage during construction and installation, and corrosion of metal pipes, it could cause higher cost and higher maintenance cost in the later period. PE pipes are widely used in the field of water supply pipe manufacturing due to their characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance and non-toxicity. As it does not rust and has excellent flexibility, it is the ideal pipe for the substation of ordinary reinforced concrete pipes and metal pipes.
