SUPER-BOND is a combination of anti-caking agent hydrated sodium calcium aluminosilicate and α-Starch, it’s also known as feed pellet binder. It’s Yellowish powder, nontoxic, scentless.

FUNCTIONS

1.Reduce fines by 40%-60%, helps minimize production cost.

2.Effectively low inclusion levels and spares nutritional space in feed formulation

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Add SUPER-BOND 0.3%-0.5%(w/w) to feeds and mix evenly, then pellet by stream.

Low levels of natural binders in formulation, shorter conditioning time and larger grind size would require higher inclusion levels of SUPER-BOND

Caution:

1. Please add SUPER-BOND Feed Binder with proper dosage and mix all ingredients evenly before granulation

2. Appropriately storage after pelleting can increase the pellet’s strength and water resistance. Generally, it is feasibly fed 48 hours later after granulation.
