This machine is for packing free flowing, non-sticky, granular materials, such as coffee, sugar, plant seeds, washing powder,  desiccant, etc.

The integrated process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot embossing coding can be done automatically.

Packing materials: heat-sealable lamination, such as PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, NYLON/PE, etc.

1. SS304 cover meets GMP standard, this machine also obtains CE certificate.

2. Servo motor driving, Panasonic PLC + Touch screen control, it is convenient to adjust the filling range and bag size .

3. The speed is up to 160 bags/min, twice the speed of intermittent model.

4. Equipped with 6 dosers, speed improving, avoid sticking to the sealing area, product saving, .

5. The high sealing pressure guarantees the sealing area tight and neat.

6. Individual cutter system, sharp, durable and safe. Straight and zigzag cutter are options.
