Gravity separator

The gravity separator is used to provide a separation where the physical characteristics of the product (length, width, thickness and shape) are similar or identical, but where there is a small difference in the specific gravity or weight from one to another. This product mainly remove straw, branches and leaves, hemp ropes, dust, stone, imperfect ,moth (worm)-eaten or broken seeds or grains ( such as seeds, kernel, beans, etc.) This draw type specific gravity of negative pressure is  to produce specific gravity segregation phenomenon under fluidization of graininess material; Through adjusting wind pressure, amplitude and other parameters, different proportion materials will be classified, like large proportion materials will sink down and smaller proportion will drift upward, then different proportion finished product discharge from corresponding outlet, at the same time, there is an angle on vibration surface, the stone can be separated. This equipment can be used for the cleaner with appropriate control cabinet, but the clients can get the best effect if coordinating with our full set of equipment (such as De-stoner, Vibrating grader, Polisher, etc.).
