The magnetic separator for worm eaten seeds is primary used to remove seeds which have wormholes, broken seeds etc from crops like sunflower seeds, peanuts in the shelled. Feeding the raw materials and magnetic powder by front-site elevator, and to mix both products in the mixing barrel, at same time, some magnetic powder fall into the worm eaten seeds. Then the conveyor transport all various of materials, the magnetic force pulls the worm eaten seeds to next layer, and the good quality seeds move to discharge outlet, setting the cycle in motion again. There is excellent separating effect of 99%, with zero of iron after cleaning. Not only the higher utilization rate of magnetic powder, but also working effectively in short-term.
