Choke & Kill Manifold

Choke & Kill Manifold is an important equipment to prevent blowout, control pressure changes of the oil and gas well, and guarantee continuous operation of the imbalanced drilling. When the well is shut down, use the difference of the opening and closing degree of the choke valve to control a certain casing pressure. Maintain stable pressure at the well bottom to prevent formation fluid from further flowing into the well. When normal circulation through the drilling tool is not possible, drilling fluid can be pumped into the well through the kill manifold to restore and rebuild bottom well pressure balance.

The choke manifold is conventionally equipped with a manual choke valve and a hydraulic choke valve. According to customer requirements, a combination of multiple choke valves can be configured. The manifold is conventionally equipped with a control cabinet for regulation.
