Yikang Lecithin
Promote fat metabolism and prevent fatty liver
The oil can only be hydrolyzed by lipase by forming emulsified fat particles, which can be digested and absorbed. The modern pig raising environment is poor, the feed oil content is high, and when the oil is too high, the liver burden will be aggravated, and the fat will accumulate in the liver to form fatty liver. Yikang Lecithin is a feed-grade near-pure lecithin that was first developed and produced by Centree Bio-Tech. It can promote the digestion, absorption and metabolism of oil metabolism and other nutrients. It can solve the fat metabolism problems of young animals such as poor digestion, low lipid utilization rate and fatty liver, improve the health of poultry and production performance.

Product Feature
(1) The first feed "lecithin" product in the domestic feed industry
(2) High lecithin content, good emulsification effect
(3) Stable and high temperature resistant
(4) While emulsifying oil and fat, it can reduce the addition of some oils and fats, and replace some choline and antioxidants.
Functions
(1) Emulsification, improve the utilization of oil and reduce the amount of oil added.
Yikang Lecithin is a high-content near-pure lecithin, which is lipophilic and hydrophilic. It can effectively emulsify the fat in the feed and improve the utilization of fat. Especially for young animals with impaired digestive function, it can improve the digestion and absorption of fat and reduce nutritive diarrhea.
(2) Promote the regeneration of liver cells and reduce the incidence of fatty liver.
Lecithin is a substance essential for the synthesis of lipoproteins, and fat in the liver can be transported to the outside of the liver in the form of lipoproteins, which are then used and stored by other tissues. Therefore, proper supplement of Yikang Lecithin can reduce the occurrence of fatty liver and promote the regeneration of liver cells.
(3) Promote granulation and reduce the hardness of pellet feed.

Yikang Lecithin group | 12.70 | 16.33±0.22 | 13.08±0.05 | 1.45±0.06 | 553 |
(4) Replace part of choline.
Gut Utilization | Molecular Weight | Content | |
Choline | 40% | 121.18 | 50% |
PC and PE | 74% | 750 | 53% (Yikang Lecithin) |
1 kg Yikang Lecithin can replace the amount of choline:316.72 g.
Packing
10 kg/bag, storage: 6 months. Stored in dry and cool area, avoid direct sun exposure.
Stability Test
It indicated that there was no significant change in the content of acetone insolubles in Yikang Lecithin after treatment at 150 °C for 3 minutes.
Emulsification test

The oil-water solution of Yikang Lecithin was allowed to stand for 2 hours, no delamination was observed, indicating that its emulsifying performance was better than LSB and DZS.
Usage and Dosage
Add this product to save oil, choline and antioxidants.

Alternative grease test
(1) 1 kg Yikang Lecithin replacement test
Control group: basal diet + soybean oil (25 kg/t)

Yikang Lecithin group: basal diet + soybean oil (19 kg/t) + Yikang Lecithin (1kg/t) + corn (5 kg/t)
Conclusion: The use of 1kg of Yikang 90 instead of 6kg of soybean oil had no significant effect on the average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed-to-meat ratio of piglets, but reduced the diarrhea rate of piglets.
(2) 2 kg Yikang Lecithin replacement test
Control group: basal diet + soybean oil (25 kg/t)

Yikang Lecithin group: basal diet + soybean oil (17 kg/t) + Yikang Lecithin (2kg/t) + corn (6 kg/t)
Conclusion: The use of 2 kg of Yikang 90 instead of 8 kg of soybean oil had no significant effect on the average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed-to-meat ratio of piglets, but reduced the diarrhea rate of piglets.
(3) 3 kg Yikang Lecithin replacement test
Control group: basal diet+ soybean oil (25 kg/t)
1 # group: basal diet + soybean oil (19 kg/t) + Yikang Lecithin (3kg/t) + corn (3 kg/t)

2 # group: basal diet + soybean oil (16 kg/t) + Yikang Lecithin (3kg/t) + corn (6 kg/t)
Conclusion: ① The use of 3 kg of Yikang Lecithin instead of 6 kg of soybean oil (1 #) can improve the daily weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion rate of piglets. ② The average daily feed intake and feed conversion rate in the 2 # group were lower than those in the control group, but the daily gain was higher than the control group. ③ It is completely feasible to replace 6-9 kg of soybean oil with 3 kg Yikang Lecithin, which can improve the performance of piglets.
