       1、Product features：

       Low-chlorine wet-strength agent is a new type of papermaking aid developed and produced by our company. This product is a water-soluble, cationic and thermosetting resin. It is another main type of wet strength agent after the commonly used urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine resin and polyamine. 

       2、Technical index：

       The appearance is pale, yellow, viscous transparent solution, its PH value is 4-5, its solid content is 12.5±0.5%, its cationic degree is about 40%, and its viscosity is 30-50cps (25℃) ). Its storage period is 6 months (4--32℃). 

       3. Scope of application:

     This product is suitable for a variety of papers that require wet strength performance, such as: decorative base paper, napkins, photographic base paper, filter paper, tea bag paper, titanium white paper, wallpaper, map paper, sea drawings, art paper, medical and toilet paper, corrugated paper, Refrigerated packaging paper, nursery paper, various fruit bag paper, meat and vegetable paper, liquid food packaging paper, and various special papers that require wet strength. 

       4. How to use: 

     Before using this product, adjust the pH value to neutral with alkali (the acid paper does not need to adjust the pH value), and then dilute it (generally diluted to 5%) before use. In order to ensure that the product is fully mixed after adding the slurry, but Without being subjected to excessive shearing force, the joining point should be near the headbox. If this product is frozen, it can be slowly relieved, and it must be fully stirred before use. The frozen product does not affect its use effect after test, but generally it should be stored above 5℃ and below 30℃. This product is a cationic resin, except for special circumstances, try to avoid direct mixing with anionic substances. This product can be used together with rosin rubber and aluminum sulfate.

       5. Product advantages:

        （1） In addition to increasing the wet strength of paper, PAE can also increase the dry strength to varying degrees. It can also be used as a retention agent for fillers in the papermaking process, a filter aid to increase paper output, and to remove tiny particles in factory water. Flocculant.

        （2） This product is easily absorbed by fibers and can be cured under neutral or alkaline conditions. It is a thermosetting resin, and its wet strength can be developed by the method of heating, drying and storing paper in the papermaking process.
