The conveyor belt is transported by the imported material rollers (diameter 25 mm) , and the whole chain transmission is more stable and does not run off, ensuring the transportation of heavy plates.

•  The inside of the chassis uses a fan to drive the air circulation to make the space temperature more uniform, and further accelerate the evaporation of the paint thinner. The dehumidifier fan takes away the excess humidity of the plate, and the electric heater is heated to match the high-flow high-temperature fan to ensure that the wind speed of each tuyere is uniform and the temperature rises faster.

• The use of high-end Delta, Schneider series of controllers and actuators, effectively ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment.

• The reducer adopts three-phase asynchronous horizontal gear reducer, and the speed control adopts frequency converter speed regulation, and the performance is stable.
