Machine Configuration

7, the control circuit design is reasonable, motor overload protection, control circuit insurance, fan motor insurance, digital display temperature controller, power indicator and so on.

8. Two-column design, can accommodate 50 boards, comb-like structure to hold up the work, programming and control agencies work.

9. Feed and discharge ends each have a set of power-conveying rollers, which are driven by variable-frequency motors to ensure smooth and balanced speed.

10. The standard ventilation design adopts side-parallel ventilation and equipped with temperature and humidity sensing device to ensure that the workpiece has no dead angle in the body temperature.

11. The unique sensor automatic recognition function ensures that the workpiece enters the tray and continues to operate normally.

12, using automatic identification control, reasonable integration of optimized control, drive, movement, transmission, to provide efficient and reliable mechanical action to provide guarantees.
