Hegerls Mobile rack is fixed on the base with power, which runs on the rails that is embedded or laying on the ground. It provides direct access to any pallet and maximizes the available storage space. The rack row can be controlled separately, aisle will open when the operator requests access. Only one aisle is required to serve a number of rows rack fixed on mobile bases. Perfect space saving makes the cost of lighting, temperature adjustment and ventilation equipment greatly reduced. General forklifts like counterbalanced forklifts can be used. Mobile base can be operated by simple buttons, remote and computer.Hegerls Mobile rack system has achieved breakthrough on anti-seismic, heavy-load technologies in 2017, which marks that after the successful development on intelligent shuttle system and stacker crane system, Hegerls has the independent R&D and manufacturing capabilities of all three major intelligences in the field of automated warehousing. This technology is currently applying for a patent from the State Intellectual Property Office.
