自动化立体仓库

海格里斯自动化立体仓库是现代仓储技术和设备的集成，高度可达40米甚至更高，极大地利用了空间，从而提升了空间利用率和出入库效率。实现了存储高层化、存储自动化、操作简便化。组成部分有：货架系统、堆垛机（移动货架、穿梭车等）自动化设备、输送（分拣）系统、及计算机控制系统等。产品采用自动巷道堆垛机取代人工存放货物和人工取货，既快捷又省力。采用计算机管理系统对货物进行管理，大大增强了对货物的管理能力。使仓库管理科学化，准确性和可靠性有了质的提高。出入库管理、盘库、报表等工作变得简单快捷、工人的劳动强度大大降低。海格里斯作为国内位居前列的物流自动化系统总承包商和系统集成商，基于近30座物流自动化系统建设的经验，海格里斯WMS/WCS方案技术水平定位为国内领先水平。立体库系统包含辅助输送（分拣）系统，使出入库变得快捷、准确。仅需少量的操作及维护人员，节省了人力物力和资金，在各行业有广泛应用的趋势，海格里斯自动化立库系统在国内外均有成功案例。以南非FX GROUP公司自动化板材库项目为例，以此种适用于板材库中的单伸位整存零取带吸盘巷道式堆垛机，系我公司应项目所需自主研发、制造的拥有安全自主知识产权的自动化仓储设备。在世界范围内还未发现有此种在高位立体库横梁式货架上实现板材类存储和单张或整托板材类拣选的同类同种有轨堆垛机系统。海格里斯于2017年向中国国家知识产权局申请了实用新型专利，同年获得专利证书，与此同时此项目堆垛机技术，还有幸荣获2017“中国制造之美”年度评选 工业设备及组件类奖。

Hegerls automated storage system is an integration of modern warehousing technology and equipment. The height can be up to 40 meters or more, which highly improve the space utilization and access efficiency. High-level storage, automation storage, and easy operation is realized. The whole system is including: rack, stacker crane (mobile rack, pallet shuttle, etc.) or other automation equipment, conveying (sorting) system, and computer control system.

Stacker crane is designed to work in narrow aisles by replacing manual access, which is fast and labor-saving. Since workers do not have to enter the warehouse to work, the working environment is greatly improved.

The same year in 2017, Hegerls obtained the utility model patent certificate for this system from the State Intellectual Property Office, and this kind of stacker crane technology was also honored to win the 2017 “ Made in China” annual award for industrial equipment and components.
