Drive in racking

Drive-in Racking, also known as Drive through racking, are composed of upright frame, corbels, corbel beams, top beams, back beams, top pulls, and back pulls. This Racking system is suitable for a few type of goods, loading and unloading by pallet. Since  the forklift can drive into the storage area, so the warehouse utilization rate is high, and it is mostly used in low-temperature cold chain logistics, beverages, food, milk industries and other fields. "The HEGERLS drive-in racking system has the typical FILO storage mode; the forklifts work in a continuous "high-lift high-storage" mode. The collision with the racking will affect the stability and safety of the racking structure, so the driver should be very skillful, and the goods turnover speed and efficiency may also be affected accordingly. The structural design of racking is the most critical factor in determining the quality. In addition, the materials, production processes, production equipment, powder costing process will directly affect the quality too. HEGERLS strictly controls the materials and craftsmanship to ensure the quality and provide high-grade products!
