  upper pan valve complete, lower pan valve, piston, bushing, nozzle, of the liquid flow control and automatic push device of vertical drill tools, flow deflector, vane wheel, vane wheel box, water hole of the pulse drill tools; mushroom head（main valve core）, flow limitation ring, nose cap, flow divider spacer sleeve, pulse hole valve, rotor, upper and lower axle sleeve and wear sleeve etc.
