Introduction to G530 Series

1) Suitable for the pharmaceutical industry (except explosive, flammable, corrosive items), can suppress granular material that meet the pressure sheet requirements into tablets, and can suppress round tablets, heterogeneous tablets, and double-sided lettering tablets. Some parts can also be replaced after pressing the double laminate. Not suitable for semi-solids, wet particles, low-soluble points, moisture-prone raw materials, and particle-free powder suppression.

2) High speed, double output, with a maximum yield of up to 480,000 tablets per hour.

3) The machine adopts high strength and high stiffness frame structure and wheel structure, pre-pressure of 30KN, main pressure of 100kN, and the diameter of main wheel reaches 250mm, pressure force and long pressure protection time, which ensures the quality of pressure plate.

4) Use the "riding joint" medium mode tightening method, easy to assemble, tighten, good coaxial degree, so the upper punching rod will not break off due to eccentricity.

5) Use a dilute oil automatic lubrication system. The dilute oil automatic lubrication system can lubricate the upper die, upper track, upper main pressure wheel, lower main die, lower track and lower main pressure wheel respectively, the refueling interval and refueling amount can be adjusted by PLC, and has a low oil level of the lubrication system.

6) The diaphragm room and shell are of 304 stainless steel, or special corrosion treatment; the materials without color transparent windows around the diaphragm room are anti-static and high strength organic glass made in Germany, with extremely high safety protection and complies with European CE standard.

7) The working counter adopts advanced anti-rust and wear resistant composite materials, with high wear resistance; oil and dust proof devices are provided in the upper and lower die holes, and dust collecting rings are equipped with the upper rod to ensure no pollution to drugs.

15) The lower punch damper screws use magnetic material for quick and convenient replacement of the punch die without secondary adjustment.

16) Using Japan Mitsubishi high performance frequency conversion speed control system, the main motor and feeding motor are using the famous Siemens brand, to achieve any low to the highest speed adjustment, especially the low speed load operation smoothly, no crawling phenomenon, good mechanical characteristics.

17) Use the latest PLC control module of Siemens, Germany to control output, forced feeding, pressure detection, and can display sheet thickness, filling, machine operation and failure in real time.
