I. Appearance
The appearance of screw spike shall meet the following requirements:
a) The forging burst crack on the surface of the round table of the screw spike shall not extend to the rod body;

c) The thread at the lower part of the screw spike shall have neat tooth shape, complete screw thread and no splitting trace;
d) The surface of the screw spike shall be free of dents, burrs, flash, burns and scale that affect the use.
II. Tensile Troperties
The screw spike shall not break under the action of 130kN tension.
III. Cold Bending Performance
The screw spike shall not break after 45 ° cold bending, the depth of crack (except spike round table) shall not be greater than 1.0mm, and peeling, wrinkles and cracks are allowed on the antirust layer and the shallow surface of the substrate.
