It is installed after the labeling machine/sleeve labeling machine, the clamping rotating device is designed for different bottle types, and multiple sets of industrial cameras are used to continuously take high-speed photos during the product rotation process. The Mingjia label detection algorithm is used to carry out processing for several consecutive pictures. Intelligent identification of many kinds of defects, such as without labeling, skewing, tilting, centering (multi-labels), high or low,broken, bottle sticking, overlapped labels and so on. The innovative use of the clamping device to rotate the bottle body enables multi-angle image acquisition of the product label, with 360° no dead angle detection, high detection accuracy, wide detection range, strong adaptability of working conditions, etc..

Technical features:

1.The device adopts full servo control to control the bottle neck to achieve high-precision and smooth rotation of the bottle body. On the one hand, it can precisely control the rotation angle to ensure the detection accuracy. On the other hand, it can smoothly transition before and after rotation to avoid damage to the product.
2.Image acquisition during product rotation allows any angle to be accurately observed, and each product (container) can evenly obtain dozens of 360° images.
3.The “Product Shape Judgment Analysis” algorithm independently developed by Mingjia can effectively resist the interference caused by the randomness of the product direction, and is compatible with the defect detection of any label orientation.
