4. Process and material: 22.5X 6.75 steel tubeless truck wheels are made of 380CL and 440CL special steel with high strength and strong toughness. The disc is thinned from top to bottom by spinning process, and the steel density is enhanced. The rim is rolled by flash seamless welding process. Zero gap pressing submerged arc welding is used to improve the dynamic balance effect of the wheel.
