JFG, JFGT series high-voltage generator is our company in digest and learn from Germany Siemens 1FC6 series generator technology, and combined with the production of 1FC6 series generator more than 20 years of experience, as well as more than 10 years of high-voltage generator production experience, a new generation of high voltage generator. The motor is equipped with digital pressure regulating plate and permanent magnet mode, and can be driven by internal combustion engine, gas turbine, steam turbine, water turbine and electric motor electric generator, it can be used as the main distribution equipment in ship power station, mobile power station, fixed power station, small hydropower station and so on.

       using the electromagnetic design scheme of Siemens Germany. 

       The windings are immersed in VPI vacuum paint and baked in a constant temperature oven to ensure the extremely high insulation performance of the generator. 

       The generator has sufficient calibrated power, low temperature rise and strong overload capacity. The insulation structure of stator winding adopts less glue insulation structure. Adopt high voltage anti-corona technology and measures. 

       The full damping winding hidden pole rotor structure is adopted, which can bear larger three-phase unbalanced load. 

       The generator is equipped with the original imported Basler or ABB digital automatic voltage regulator to realize digital and intelligent control: the generator has four operation modes: automatic operation (AVR), manual adjustment (FCR), constant power factor (PF) and constant reactive power (VAR).         The generator has slope adjustable soft start and voltage control in AVR mode. 

       Generator has adjustable low frequency protection (V/Hz), generator has adjustable reactive power drop compensation when parallel operation in AVR mode; 

       Generator has protection functions such as generator overvoltage, generator detection voltage loss, excitation overvoltage, excitation overcurrent and so on; 

      Remote control and local control can be carried out through PC communication and MODBUS protocol.
