Generator windings are made of special enamelled wire with high hydrolysis resistance or flat copper wire wrapped with mica foil. The standard winding of 1FC6 generator adopts DURIGNIT?2000 insulation system registered by Siemens, which can meet the requirements of class F insulation of VDE0530 standard. The insulating material used in the system has the characteristics of non-moisture absorption, high dielectric strength, and can withstand severe temperature changes. The standard insulation adopts the VIP impregnation process of special resin, and the finished winding has high mechanical strength, high shock resistance and excellent insulation strength, which ensures that the winding can operate normally for a long time under various climatic and environmental conditions stipulated in the DIN50019 standard.
