1. 30% as advance payment, after seller received starting payment and to be partially paid by telegraphic transfer,.the contract come into effect.

2 30%- as progress payment, after seller received starting payment and to be paid by telegraphic transfer not exceeding 180 days, which is before last shipment against shipment list.

3.30%-before shipment, to be paid before the delivery date.

3. 5% - to be paid by telegraphic transfer within 30days after performance test accepted (CPTA).

4 5% , from the machine erection finished, the goods quality guarantee period is 365 days after performance test acceptance(CPTA),to be paid by telegraphic transfer within 30 days, will be expired 12 months after performance acceptance or 22 months after last shipment at the earliest.
