3. Product Introduction：
Zirconium series, made of zirconium quartz and alumina, is sintered at high temperature with the aggregate of pre-synthetic material.
The series which contains less than 20% of zirconium is usually called as zirconium mullite product in relevant industries;
The series which contains 29-32% of zirconium is called as sintered AZS product;
The series which contains more than 60% of zirconium is called as zirconite product.
4. Application
Zirconium series are widely used in key parts of glass furnace, fiber glass furnace, garbage incinerator, electric furnace and so forth. It is often used as transition product for AZS and silica products due to its unique physical and chemical properties.
5. Characteristics
Zirconium series owns high refractoriness under load and compressive strength, low apparent porosity and strong resistance to liquid glass erosion.
Its composition determines that it is a neutral material. Therefore，it has a relatively good resistance to acid and alkali.
