原料工艺：

古井贡酒·年份原浆以优质的高粱、大米、小麦、糯米、玉米为原料，利用 128 道手工酿造工艺，传承古井贡酒独门秘籍“九酝酒法”，采千年古井之“无极水”，用阳春三月“桃花曲”制曲，在五百年明代窖池“功勋池”中发酵，然后通过“择 层取醅”，“择时摘酒”方法，得到最精华的原酒，送入古井地下酒窖窖存数年，使其自然老熟，最终形成香味协调，醇香怡人，原汁原味的“年份原浆酒”。整个酿造过程以传统手工工艺为基础，世代传承。

色清透明，窖香幽雅，醇厚净爽，谐调丰满，余味悠长，浓香纯正。

Name： Gujinggong Liquor Yearly Yuanjiang 

Material and Techniques: The liquor is made from well-selected grainsincluding 

sorghum, wheat, rice, sticky rice and corn as materials, by using 1800-year history 

technique-“Jiu Yun” brewing technique, adopting “Wu Ji” water from the 1000-year 

old well and “Tao Hua” yeast made in every March or April, fermented in the 

500-year onl ancient”Gong Xun” pit beginning of Ming dynasty. Following the 

brewing process “stratified grain removal” and “harvesting liquor from different 

sections”, there makes the best brut liquor. Then it is stored years in wine cellar 

underground with constant temperature to age naturally. The whole brewing technique is based on traditional hand-made craft.
