There are three types of Hinged Stop Collars: Hinged Bolt Stop Collar, Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar and Hinged Set Screw Stop Collar. Size range from 4 1/2" to 20". Any special sizes can be made available upon request.  

Hinged Bolt Stop Collar

This stop collar can be latched onto the casing pipe easily to keep Centralizers and attachments in place. The design features a draw bolt to force the Stop Collar to grip the casing. The Collar consists of two pieces that are hinged at one end. At the other end, a single bolt is used to tighten the Collar to the casing.

Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar

Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar consists of two pieces that are hinged at two ends. It has an internal groove in which a spiral locking pin is inserted. This tightens the collar to the casing firmly. It can be latched onto the casing pipe without having to be slipped on.

Hinged Set Screw Stop Collar

Hinged Set Screw Stop Collar consists of two pieces that are hinged at two ends. This Stop Collar uses one row of set screws to produce the gripping force. They can be fastened on to the casing pipe and much easier to install. They are most effective in conditions where there is low annual clearance.
