Vertical axis H-type wind turbine

The H-type vertical axis wind turbine is a traditional lift-type wind turbine and has the following characteristics:

1. Security. The blade and triangular double fulcrum design is adopted. The main force point of the low-power model is concentrated on the upper casing of the generator, and the main force point of the high-power model is concentrated on the upper and lower casings of the generator, and the space between the blades is increased. In order to strengthen the cross bar, the problems of blade falling off, breaking and blade flying out have been better solved;

2. Noise. Using the principle of horizontal plane rotation and the application of the blade to the aircraft wing, the noise is reduced to a level that cannot be measured in the natural environment;

3. Wind resistance. The design principle of horizontal rotation and triangular double fulcrum makes it less wind pressure and can resist the super typhoon of 45 meters per second;

4. Power generation curve characteristics. The starting wind speed is lower than that of other forms of wind turbines. Due to the use of a new type of external rotor generator and disk maglev generator, the increase in power generation is relatively gentle.

5. Brake device. The blade itself has rotational speed protection, and can be equipped with both mechanical manual and electronic automatic brakes. In areas without typhoons and super gusts, you only need to set manual brakes;

Operation and Maintenance. The direct-drive permanent magnet generator is used, without the need for gearbox and steering mechanism, and the connection of running parts can be checked regularly (usually every six months).
