IAC Series Intelligent air purification device

The intelligent air purification device is a filter device for the main compressed air pipeline for instruments. 

It adopts a high-precision fiber filter element filtering method, with automatic sewage discharge function and filter element detection function. 

The controller is equipped with display and buttons, which is convenient to observe the working state and modify parameters. 

The product series and models are complete, and the full-automatic type has remote function, which can be used according to the climatic characteristics of the area of use and the quality characteristics of compressed air, Different models shall be selected for the gas supply of gas instruments to support customization according to special requirements.

>Dual circuit design (one for standby and one for use), which can be switched manually to facilitate filter element replacement, equipment maintenance, repair and other work.

>PLC controls automatic blowdown, blowdown time and cycle can be modified online, and status remote transmission function can be realized.

>Fiber filter element is adopted, with high filtration precision, solid particles less than 3 microns, and oil and water filtration of more than 99%.

>It has the filter element detection function. When the filter element is seriously polluted, it prompts to replace the filter element.
