Flow amplifier Accessories for pneumatic actuators

The flow amplifier is used to improve the action speed of the regulating pneumatic actuator.

 In some pneumatic actuator applications requiring rapid adjustment, when the flow of the positioner can not meet the speed requirements, a flow amplifier can be installed at the output of the positioner to improve the loop flow. 

The amplifier outputs the output pressure of the positioner 1:1, but the diameter of the amplifier is relatively large, so the output flow increases a lot. 

By adjusting the adjusting screw on the flow amplifier, the positioning oscillation can be eliminated, so that the output of the amplifier is stable. 

Vb series flow amplifier is designed with conical valve core valve seat and elastic soft sealing structure to obtain ultra-high sealing effect and repeatability. 

Unique cartridge type non threaded interface for connecting accessories. 

The assembly of accessories does not require the use of threaded joints, but is connected through a mechanical interface with a sealing ring.
