Bdp7 intelligent valve positioner is a two-wire field instrument launched by Beary company. As the control components of pneumatic valves, the products are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, light industry and other automatic control fields. 

Bdp7 intelligent valve positioner receives the 4-20mA valve position setting signal from the control system, and gets the actual valve position signal through the sensor. It calculates and processes the two signals, then controls the air inlet and exhaust of the actuator, and finally drives the valve to the set position. (as shown in Figure 1)

Bdp7 intelligent valve positioner is a high-performance electric / pneumatic valve positioner based on microprocessor technology, which can well overcome friction and unbalanced force on the valve core, improve the response speed of the regulating valve, and quickly and accurately locate. 

Function introduction

Adaptive function: automatically determine valve zero point and full degree, optimize valve control parameters and improve control accuracy

Configuration function: valve characteristic curve, action mode, dead zone, travel range and event output can be set

Self diagnosis function: it can display input current, up / down travel time and dead zone

Failure mode: in case of failure, the positioner can select hold or fully open or fully closed mode

Position feedback function: output 4-20mA DC valve position feedback signal
