Casting Product

TAIKO owns the independent foundry which apply Furan Resin processing technique. There are two modeling types including flow line modeling and manual modeling. The main equipment contains two sets of 1-ton electric furnaces, two sets of 25 tons resin-coated sand mixer, one set of 12 tons resin-coated sand mixer, two sets of aging treatment furnace, and two sets of shot blast machine. 

There are performance, physics and chemistry, and sand mold laboratory in enterprise. They are utilized to detect various components and performance of casting product. The equipment applied include OES (SHIMADZU JAPAN), CE, universal testing machine, CS precise colorimeter, metallurgical microscope and so on.

TAIKO foundry workshop produces various casting with different types and dimensions. These casting including the casing and components of pump and blower, valve body, component of machining machinery and construction machinery and so on.  The capacity is equipped to 6000 tons per year. The customers who have build stable cooperative relationship come from the region from USA, JAPAN, Israel, Netherland, and China and so on.

公司拥有独立的铸造车间，采用树脂砂生产工艺。铸造车间主要设备包括两台容量为一吨的电炉，两台二十五吨的树脂砂混砂机，一台十二吨的树脂砂混砂机，一台四吨的时效处理炉，两台抛丸机等。

主要检测设备包括日本岛津产直读光谱仪，CE仪，万能试验机，CS分析仪，晶相显微镜等，并且设置有专门的砂型实验室，可检测型砂的各项性能。

公司铸造车间产品包括泵类、风类壳体，阀箱和底座，以及加工设备部品等。公司产能达到6000吨每年。合作客户遍布包括美国、日本、以色列、荷兰和中国等地。
