How it works

The BLUEWAV?  Electro-Chemistry technology to design a fully integrated and skid mounted sodium hypochlorite generator to produce 0.8% strength sodium hypochlorite solution in range: 556lb (250kg) – 4500lb (2,000kg) NaOCl/day by brine electrolysis process.

Electro-Chemistry Electrode Reaction:

• Anode: 2Cl–2e- → Cl2

• cathode: 2H2O + 2e- → H2 + OH-

Total Reaction: 2NaOH + Cl2 → NaCl + NaClO + H2O

How it installs

BLUEWAV? Skid-Mounted machine provide minimal operator attention for a quick Plug-Play running to produce NaCLO and dosing on site.

Installation Steps:

(1)Connect to the water supply pipeline;

(2)Connect the chlorination pipeline;

(3)Install hydrogen exhaust pipe;

(4)Switch on the power supply.
